Some of the perks of being fit. I love being in the best shape of my life. I’ve gained 30 lbs of muscle over the past year and a half and I’m loving it. I’m also loving life.
Yesterday morning it was -1 when I walked out my front door. I froze my ass off which finally made me come to the realization that yes, it’s winter.
I tried a bit of a different workout today. Instead of doing giant sets like I normally do, I just did supersets, followed by a giant + drop set.
