Those programs are awesome, they’re what I learned from my mentor about building lean muscle.
Fat Loss TKO is the other edge to the sword; it’s everything I learned from boxing, from my trainer, and from the research I’ve done since on what it takes to get shredded. Yet, still it’s much more.
It’s what’s missing in the industry. It’s something that no one really wants to do anymore; create a program that will kick your ass in the gym, and make no apologies. It’s hard, but it works where others fail miserably.
Unlike most programs, Fat Loss TKO isn’t the “minimum” amount of work needed to get “a” result.
It’s what you NEED to get the best results possible. The workouts are hard – but not long. They’re strategic – focusing on building muscle, that boosts our metabolism, first, then shredding fat – all within the same workout.
They’re the workouts, the meal plans, the cardio, the skipping routines, shadowboxing routines, and plyometrics that fighters do to pack as much muscle into their weight class (with almost no fat).
Join the Brotherhood
Getting in great shape, building muscle, and burning fat isn’t easy. If it was, everyone would do it. It also isn’t for the feint of heart; it takes dedication, sacrifice, and pain. Nor is it a meaningless mission; it’s done to prolong life, yes, but also improve it.
To train hard, is to join this brotherhood. To work towards a goal – whether it be physical, financial, spiritual, or mental – is to make more out of the gifts we’re given. It’s life. To remain stagnant is to die. To remain is to piss our lives away.
It’s taken a while, but finally brought the brotherhood of boxing to you – to the father, the mother, the teacher, parent, or struggling artist, who wants to be better. To the man ambitious and strong enough to take control over every aspect of his life. To make the most out of it, which is all we can ask of one another.
Yes, Fat Loss TKO is designed to help you burn a lot of fat. It’s designed to help you get in great shape and so forth. But this program is different. It will give you energy, breath life in to your workouts, and – as best as I can put it – make you feel great about who you are and what you’re doing with your life.
A few articles ago I talked about a guy who, if he only took control of his physical conditioning, could parlay that transformation into transformations in other areas of his life – many of them, more important than the physical. Regardless, the physical transformation can still serve as that spark that will help each of us take more pride in the kind of people we are when no one’s watching. It can be that spark to become the warrior; to crush the coward.
Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.
