Here’s me at a historic “site”. Not the kind of “site” I’m talking about in this article tho.

Hey guys here are 7 site’s on the internet that I keep a close eye on. They’re not all fitness sites, actually most of them aren’t, but they all have great and helpful content.

In no specific order…

Vince Del Monte’s site

For great fitness content it’s tough to beat Vince’s site. Whether you’re after fat loss or gaining lean mass (his forte), Vince is constantly coming up with great content on his site that everyone can benefit from.

4-Hour Blog

Have you read the “4-hour work week”? It’s a great book and along my lines of thinking. Instead of focusing on how to get the most bang for your buck (buck is time or money) when it comes to your workouts, Tim writes about the same kind of thing but focuses on your job and how you make a living and he comes up with great stuff every time he posts an article.

The Nate Green Experience

Nate has an awesome site for guys, and ladies I encourage you to take a look as well. He wrote a very good book for those of us who are trying to gain lean muscle called, “Built for Show”, but focuses on a lot more than just working out on his blog. Every week he has a new article up and every week it’s something that either makes you think or that you can apply that day. (Have a look at the article I wrote for him earlier this week, thoughts?)

espn.com

It has everything about every sport. The boxing page is great and so is the mixed martial arts page. I’ll skim both everyday just to see what’s going on.

Sivers.org

Every article I’ve read on Derek’s site has made me think about something, in a way that I haven’t thought about it before. He has a very unique perspective. Keep your eye on this site, it’s well worth your time.

The Buried Life

If you haven’t heard of these guys then you must be in hibernation. They’ve been on Oprah, they’re show is on MTV and it just got picked up for a second season. You’ve seen my bucket list? Well these guys are making a living out of doing their “bucket list“, but more importantly, for each thing they accomplish they help someone else accomplish something that they want to do before they die.

Great show, great site!

The Art of Manliness

The lost art of manliness. Where has the real man gone? What is a real man anyways? This site’s dedicated to those topics and more. I love the artwork and the whole theme of the site as well. Have a look and snoop around, there’s some great stuff on here.

Bonus!

Erica Chan Photography

I don’t know a whole lot about photography, but a good picture’s a good picture and Erica know’s how to take a wonderful photograph. She has her own wedding photography business (take a look at her portfolio). If you’re getting married or know someone who is, give her a shout. And if you are getting married, congrats!
