Look in the mirror, if you spend more time dreaming than doing, you’re a coward. ~Chad Howse

The life of avoidance is the norm.
But that’s not your life.
You find a goal and you work toward it.
You don’t jump from goal to goal or mission to mission, you hustle. You know that life is an endless climb. You’ve made your peace with that fact and you’re working on climbing that sumbitch as effectively as you can.
But we all have cowardice in us, and it looks as follows.
- You’re deathly scared of getting punched in the face.
- You dream but you won’t work in pursuit of said dream.
- You find a way to blame everyone else for your problems.
- You have ‘reasons’ that are merely neatly wrapped excuses.
- You’re concerned more about how others think you look than about the work you do.
- You can’t enjoy a moment without documenting it.
- You’re a guy and you wax any part of your body.
- You want others to do what you’re not willing to do (the rich to give away a majority of their income in taxes).
- You accept handouts with no intent on paying them back.
- You don’t accept responsibility for your mistakes.
- You run from a fight.
- Instead of dealing with your issues you supress them with drugs or booze.
- Instead of asking that babe on a date you flick on the porn and avoid rejection.
- You don’t stand up for what’s right and against what’s wrong.
- You think that nothing is wrong, merely a difference of opinion or culture.
- You won’t accept truth, instead labelling it as xenophobic or racist or some other name you use to halt discussion in its tracks.
- You, in any way shape or form, think someone, somehow, whether it’s now in way back a few hundred years ago, is responsible for the misery that is your life today.
- If you fart you blame it on someone else.
- You make a lady ‘go Dutch’.
- You won’t stand for what you believe if it goes against popular opinion.
- You’re fine with walking your pregnant lady to the abortion clinic.
- You run out on your family.
- When something bad happens to you, you blame your folks, your God, or whatever else is convenient in that moment.
- You’re too afraid to listen to new ideas.
- You relegate yourself to the safe spaces, the comfort zones in life.
- You blame. It doesn’t matter what or why, you just blame.
- You purposely see life through a cynical light.
- You give less than full effort because you’re afraid to give it your all and fail.
- You pick fights with people weaker than you (PETA throwing paint on old women in fur coats instead of bikers in leather vests).
- You’re a vegan.
