I work as a pile buck and walk across beams higher than I should be over raging rivers and picking up huge amounts of weight. On a yearly basis something happens where you only have time to flinch. Like in the movie “Snatch”. My response to that is ” that is better than coffee. Is it healthy? yes and no. Plenty of hard work for the body but terrible chemicals and smoke that can’t be good for you. Just my two cents. But on the other hand I have come to the conclusion that I need to have more adventure in my off time.

I agree, Steve. Chad seems to have a high notion of honor that goes beyond the usual red pill attitude. I think what he essentially means is that each of us men need to find the battle we were designed to fight.
Love this blog. Better to do what we must, regardless of whether there is love or not. Will come back again.

Made me feel a little uncomfortable as the guy who always dreams but never puts the work in to make the change.

That said, since I started reading your blog, and a great book called The Obstacle IS The Way by Ryan Holiday (you read it?) I’ve taken some good action. And it’s paying off. I’ve just taken on three online fat loss and nutrition coaching clients in the last 2 days, revamped and written new pdf guides, polished a few things up on my site, wrote more content, and am now confident that I am gonna make it.

If I was there mate, I’d be whooping it up around the room, swearing a lot from infantile excitement, performing some extremely masculine ‘man hugs’ and thanking you personally for your great writing style and effort. Good on yer!
