The dead ends and failures can be opportunities for us to pick ourselves up, perhaps back up a bit, reassess our skills , talents and situation to learn from our wrong turns. That’s called experience. Experience allows us to move out again in our adventure, better prepared for the pitfalls that surely will lie ahead.
We all go through this adventure process to varying degrees. Some will treat failure as an agony of defeat to never be repeated and will seek happiness in less challenging, risk averse endeavors where personal success may be tempered by fewer opportunities to climb the ladder of success. Others, however, will view the agony of defeat as a challenge in their quest to experience the thrill of victory, and will pursue their quest with even greater preparation, knowledge, experience and determination. Successful entrepreneurs are frequently part of the latter category. These folks often find more happiness and fulfillment.

Well said man. It’s a constant battle. I can spend an hour trying to figure out what my true intensions are, what my true voice is, with all the distractions and temptations that surround us. It gets tougher in a city, I’ve noticed, in the country that voice becomes all the more clear. True authenticity is something to really strive for.
