It’s awesome. There is no “one diet for all”, but take what you can and make the diet that best fits your needs. IF is awesome though.

Hey Joseph, you should check out the Man Diet, for a few other options diet-wise. It’s focused purely on naturally increasing testosterone levels.

If you find that it’s just not right for you I’ll give you a refund, not a problem. But I think you’ll find that you’ll be able to boost them a bit, plus increase energy, with a few tweaks to the meal scheduling and the macros.

I’m a little embarrassed to admit this. The last Total Test Levels I had done, about 1 year ago, came back at 924 ng/dl. That’s without any Test Boosters. I do consume a High Fat Diet, with Carbs that go back and forth from 50 grams a day to 125 grams a day, on a Cycle. I personally have found that eating all of my Carbs in the Morning and Pre-Workout, work the best for me. I started using a lot of Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and MCT Oil in my Diet about 4 years ago. I like to use either one for energy Pre-workout in stead of Slow-Digesting Carbs.
The worse thing you can do is to stay at Home a “Pilot a Couch”. That’ll put you in the ground quicker than almost anything else, (smoking and drinking), being the exception to the “Couch Potato” rule.

Very interesting. How have you done with your T levels?

More studies are showing that lowered T is a result of inactivity, not necessarily age as previously thought. So you’d think a higher fat diet as you age would be important as well.

Carbs spike insulin, and with a slowed metabolism you’d think minimizing them would be effective – or is that what you’re saying?

Very cool to see your results and especially at that age. Well done man.

If your like me 61, and you eat 400 grams of Carbs a day. I don’t care what you do, you’ll be Rolling down the street in no time. People over 35 years old, have to realize that as you get older, you have to adapt your eating to a Slower Metabolism. I could do the above Carbs when I was younger to good effect, but not once I got over 35. Since then, I have adapted my Carb intake about every 10 years, and It’s worked to good effect. I stay around 12% BF most of the year, except Summer, when I’ll go below 10% BF.
