]]>I’m a little embarrassed to admit this. The last Total Test Levels I had done, about 1 year ago, came back at 924 ng/dl. That’s without any Test Boosters. I do consume a High Fat Diet, with Carbs that go back and forth from 50 grams a day to 125 grams a day, on a Cycle. I personally have found that eating all of my Carbs in the Morning and Pre-Workout, work the best for me. I started using a lot of Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and MCT Oil in my Diet about 4 years ago. I like to use either one for energy Pre-workout in stead of Slow-Digesting Carbs.
The worse thing you can do is to stay at Home a “Pilot a Couch”. That’ll put you in the ground quicker than almost anything else, (smoking and drinking), being the exception to the “Couch Potato” rule.

More studies are showing that lowered T is a result of inactivity, not necessarily age as previously thought. So you’d think a higher fat diet as you age would be important as well.
Carbs spike insulin, and with a slowed metabolism you’d think minimizing them would be effective – or is that what you’re saying?
