I would make sure you do the following things:
1. Get into the routine of letting your body know it’s time to slow down and go to bed. By doing a certain routine every time you’ll be surprised at how effective your body will become at getting ready to sleep
2. Get a blind fold. I recommend these to everyone, they suck at first but after a while you’ll love them.
3. Sounds cheesy but focus on your breathing every time you sleep, its like a pure horse tranquilliser.
