Training is a large part of both burning fat and increasing testosterone levels. The first part is obvious, the second, not so much. We'll get into why soon.

For now, I figured I'd throw you a free workout to help you reach your goals. Give this a read and a try and we work through the newsletter and start helping you get your ideal body as fast as possible.

We'll take a day off to allow you to read through this thing, the workouts are awesome, they're tough, but you're going to love them.

The focus of each workout is to increase your growth hormone levels to help you burn more fat without compromising your metabolically active muscle. We'll talk about how this is done in the near future.
