Challenge #4 - Test Your Grit

Today we have a quick but tough challenge:

How many rounds of conditioning barbell complex A can you do in 30 minutes?

This IS NOT GOING TO BE EASY.

It will show you where you’re at conditioning-wise, then give you something to work toward for the end of the week/month.

So give it a try, see how many rounds of the barbell complex you can do in 30 minutes, it all depends on the breaks you take in between exercises and circuits. 

Mark down your results. Then go back to them at the end of the week and try it again!
