I love this concept of fear. I believe it holds a lot of us men back from being the men we are made to be. Your steps are good. One of the things that I do is repetition. In other words, I train for something exactly the way that I want to do it. That way when I do it, I am comfortable and calm. Whether it’s a test at school, a martial arts tournament, a speech, a presentation, Whatever. If you go over it and over it again and again, our fear will dissipate. It will become instinct.
