Not at all.
But if you are worried about murdering, you can guess what happened in the Middle East and North Africa.
You can see the carpet bombings in Sirte, Lybia and the 6 millions allegedly dead since arab countries were invaded.
So he could have shot many people, but that does not change the problems he could have faced.
Anyway, you can have the tranquility to believe that you are always in the right side of all the wars you fight.

Probably he stood apart from the pretensions of an Empire and governed with limited means.
Probably he fought apartheid South Africa in Angola and helped in the falling of that regime.
Probably he gave his people education, medicines and dignity as no one ever saw in Central America or the Caribbean.
Probably he was a tyrant, like anyone who opposed the USA.
Probably who knows.
