With discipline, you give yourself no choice. Things get done because a person has the discipline to ingrain those essential abilities in themselves.
I have a daily physical training program I made up myself hitting what I believe to be every important physical benchmark I need to cover. The rest of the day’s schedule is easy because I make it routine, but leave enough flexibility for any contigencies.
