You’re right. I apologize for being incendiary since I don’t believe you’re narrow-minded person. My point is, gun rights are at the center of a serious national debate in America, and it appears you’re appropriating an issue whose outcome does not have a direct effect on your life/liberties. I don’t believe Canada has a right to bear arms statute in its Constitution, most nations don’t– so your country technically is not inhibiting your rights. Is this truly an issue in Canada, or do you simply pine for the same levels of carnage, civic unrest and hate we’re experiencing here in the U.S?

Well said, the same thing’s happening all over Europe, and in college campuses in the States. We elected a weak leader. We had a strong one for the 10 years before that. Hopefully this is just cyclical.

I think Canada is slowly turning into a regressive liberal society where Political correctness is undermining free speech and an honest converstation.

Their Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is an openly Feminist Liberal leader, exactly the kind of well meaning, good but weak person lacking in self esteem who are clogging up the government.

We have the same problem in the UK, where the labour party has been pandering and bending over backwards to appease people who do not share western values of Individualism, Equality, Freedom and Free Speech. All in the name of ‘Multiculturism’.
