Thanks! You were a fighter too or an active fighter?

I just love them. Everytime when I watch UFC or some boxing/kickboxing events there were always some ‘expert’ who was never fight in his life. He knows everything but he never step inside the cage or ring.

I was a fighter before injury and I can relate to the text where you were writing about fights and fighters. You should give respect to every fighter. It is really hard to step inside the cage. You need a lot of balls to do that. I remember my first fight, I was scared as shit to step inside the cage. But I did it. After that experience your perspective about fighters won’t be the same. I would recommend everyone to step inside the ring once in their lifetime. It is a real challenge. It will literally widen your comfort zone.

Damn right! that’s why you should always elicit the power of saying ‘no’ to those so called friends who think they can decide for yourself. you said it better, one bad meal makes a big difference, one beer makes a difference. dont let others decide over your performance! 🙂

I get in the same mode sometimes, not setting high enough goals. It takes practice, often times it takes a step back to see how big you really should be aiming.

I spent too much time not pushing myself hard enough. And I got fuck all as a result. Then I started working hard – and there really is nothing better than putting your head down on the pillow and knowing you got work done that day, and made yourself a better man in the process.
