I really appreciate each and every line written in your blog’s. I was also wondering if you could consider doing an article upon genuine relationships with in a mans world. I am a young buck at the moment just starting to make my way up in the world and i have stumbled across a young woman who i believe i could genuinely see myself with in 40 years time. However, I have always planned on venturing out into the world and discovering all there is to see and do. What are your thoughts upon balancing relationships with my thirst for adventure, power and getting lost with in all that the world has to offer? As i said i am a very young buck so I am a bit indecisive and in need of mentoring in some sort at the moment; arent we all. Another prespective upon this matter would be much appreciated brother.

1. On the ice-cold shower, you forgot to mention the most important advantage: After 5″ in freezing water, your day can only get better.

That was a joke. Kind of.

2. I *love* the idea of going out in the sun first thing! Thank you! I’m on it.

3. About the bed thing: Just as important, IMO, as making it when you arise is clearing it, as well as the space immediately around it, of clutter before you retire. Papers, books, remote, phone, laundry, food dishes and detritus and like that are very disruptive to rest and clearheadedness. The only thing that should be in your bed is you, with two exceptions:
a. Your Significant Other, and
b. The bedcat(s), who will NOT stay off the bed anyway, no matter what you do. Think of them as something put here to test us.

4. Last: To the lemon water I recommend adding a good pinch of cayenne pepper. Very bracing, and it helps clean your liver.
