I think a lot of people are misled by unrealistic expectations. Magazines and internet photos are saturated with guys who are muscular and lean to the bone without realizing that the majority of these people are using synthetic means to reach that level of physique. Personally, the closest I’ve ever gotten to that level of leanness is while cutting weight before a fight and to say that it wasn’t sustainable is a huge understatement. I looked ripped but felt like shit and it was not worth it. Your input would be appreciated.
