Chad, I dated a two DUI alcoholic, Denise, who used to be a district manager at Wells Fargo in northern Virginia. She got fired from her coveted district manager job and blamed me for not being able to clean up the mess. I internalized this blame. She ended up being so made she lost her district manager position that she blamed me for the inevitable fall out of being fired. She cheated and I rationalized the cheating as a byproduct of her alcoholism. Crazy in bed but a freak in the head, it took your work to get me to realize that as a man it’s not my job to change her, clean up the mess, nor be put in impossible situations that you are set up for failure. I live for me now, on my principles and values, and albeit alone I’m now dating a much higher caliber of woman who’s much more respectful because I live not to impress, or in the case above to enable, but to lead my own life and follow my passions. Great work Chad.

Reading this once a day. U r right.
It takes a Lot of work but if there s something that Keeps u from your Main purpose, And in My case 90 % of resistance is called “dream girl” be fucking honest with yourself.

She is sucking your mind , You re miserable . You re not growing.
Tell her u don t need her And cut off from her. Yes, respect others but respect yourself first. Love yourself. Be what u wanna become And do the right thing.

The right thing is always what hurts the most but Also whats gonna Make u better.

Incredible article and in my opinion, as a strong woman, this goes to the core of what women actually want from a man. A man who is a coward and who isn’t true to himself and his woman becomes unattractive incredibly fast – speaking from a very recent experience that has led me to this blog! It’s a shame there aren’t more people (men and women) who are committed to living a happier and fulfilled life, that’s really the type of people I’d love to have more in my life, to inspire me in my own self-improvement.
Thank you for your blog and I’m learning a lot, even if these articles are meant for men, because in the end we’re all human anyway, right? Really wish it had a section for strong women too though! 🙂
