I actually think, that if only light dumbells are available ones kinda better dumping them to one side and getting into bodyweight exercises.

You can create incredible intensity with a variety of pushups, pauses, etc, legs need a little more thought, but high volume Bulgarian Split Squats (with those piddley dumbbells if needed) will have the most manly of buttocks in gluteal overload in no time……..you’ll be screaming like a girl!!!!! 🙂

Great article Chad – There is always a way to make a workout productive, even with limited resources but a glut (not glute) of ingenuity 🙂
