Comments on: 5 Ways to Live an Unrealistic Life https://chadhowsefitness.com/2014/04/5-ways-to-live-an-unrealistic-life/ Bringing Back Manliness. Fri, 16 Sep 2016 21:36:00 +0000 hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=6.9.4 By: Bailey https://chadhowsefitness.com/2014/04/5-ways-to-live-an-unrealistic-life/#comment-27509 Fri, 16 Sep 2016 21:36:00 +0000 http://www.chadhowsefitness.com/?p=8586#comment-27509 I think it is good to be aware that thinking life “HAS to be EPIC” can be just as much of a trap as getting caught in a mundane, mediocre existence. I mean, to me, to think someone might be ruining a perfectly real, simple, and beautiful experience just because it isn’t “epic enough” is truly cornball. Not saying this is your mindset at all or where you are going with it, but that some of your readers can easily fall prey to this sort of thinking once the passion to “break free” is in full throttle and they have gorged on article after article about doing “mighty” or “epic” things.

That being said, can’t remember how I found your site but I am glad I did. Its one of two blogs I read on a daily basis (well you’re the only one who posts daily).

I’ve been working hard on my fitness and nutrition site for a few months, but something is missing. I have a need, a real yearning to be incredible, to explode out of bed every morning with excitement and ideas, and drive through the day with utter passion.

Life has some dull stuff for surte, if the dull wasn’t there, we wouldn’t see the awesomeness when it appeared. But making things more awesome than dull is quite an adventure.

Having read your blog over the last few days, I’ve decided to resurrect an old domain as a side project. I’m going to discuss my thoughts, my training, my progress towards leading an incredible life, hopefully I’ll find some great new friends along the way.

I always know that the right people come along at the right time, and you have definitely been one of them. Thank you

Steve

I’ve questioned if it was other people telling me that I should do it…
and i still do, but I’m an aspiring elementary school teacher, though I’ve realized that to do what i want, I would need to be a principal or superintendent of schools…I want and feel the need to help reshape the school system we’ve comes to know and really question
but I also realize that my love for health and fitness can also become apart of this as it’s an aspect of learning as well, a sound mind and body
and oh gosh the fear of mediocrity and feeling as though I shouldn’t try because someone can do it better…I’ll figure that out as time goes on…

Now video games are my other love that…well…can’t necessarily be in this, but I do like that i can keep it a hobby I love doing…so it appears I can make it work

On May 21st I’ll be graduating and transferring with an Associate Degree for Transfer in Early Childhood Education, moving on for a Bachelors in Liberal Studies, then obtaining credentials and various Masters degrees that are necessary…maybe a Ph D down the line but…that’s much later

for now, Finals are killing me
