]]>Hey man that’s great to hear. Actually, I take 10,000 IU daily in the winter, but people get a bit freaked out by that number. The studies on D3 are showing that we need MUCH more of it than we’re getting, and we’re not getting a lot, even in sunny climates they need more of it.
If, however, you’re in a darker climate, especially over the winter, increase your intake. For guys, 3K, 2x daily is good. You can take more in the winter, and if you’re always outside, a bit less in the summer. That help?
]]>Doing some research I read 2,000IU of Vitamin D3 is considered tolerable upper daily intake and the article is recommending 6,000IU daily. Curious on your take on this and if this is your standard daily or just lifting days?
