It packs a lot of protein for cheap and it could also count towards your fat intake, but is it unhealthy to eat daily?

All good man. Just backload heavy on the carbs post workout and add in a fair amount of lean proteins – you’re on the Man Diet?

Try going almost no carbs pre workout. The crash could have come from them. It can be a personal preference though. Try a couple different combinations to see what works for you.

If you’re finding slow carbs give you more energy, try adding those in your first meal. Also, a greens powder with your breakfast helps a lot with energy.

it that consuming meat & nuts would actually fill me up (had eggs
& oats) previously. BUT after doing this like 1 week i found out
that i had a crash during my afternoon workout (yes i had carbs pre
workout). maybe its just me but my energy levels are better when having
some carbs with breakfast.

What do you think? basically
i believe that meat & nuts are the best option when trying to cut
as you are focusing on your carbs pre + post workout only.
