]]>Try going almost no carbs pre workout. The crash could have come from them. It can be a personal preference though. Try a couple different combinations to see what works for you.
If you’re finding slow carbs give you more energy, try adding those in your first meal. Also, a greens powder with your breakfast helps a lot with energy.
