]]>I’ve been super skinny with insane cardio and super shredded with zero cardio and everything in between. For me, I enjoy playing fun sports and feeling energetic. Jiu-Jistu is by far the best way for me to hit both of those points.
That’s why I am hitting the gym several times a week, rehabilitating some injuries and growing stronger. Goals are so huge with fitness and working towards training again has had a huge impact.

I’ll see how it goes. The problem is that the two page layout has REALLY helped the growth of the site from an SEO standpoint, so it’s kind of a catch 22 here. More people are seeing the articles, which makes me think that more are enjoying them. I’ll test it out though.
