]]>They’re wrong, man. Carbs spike insulin – even the “good carbs”. When you have carbs with fats, it increases your absorption and storing of said fats. That’s largely why you want to keep them separated.

I think the scales play a huge part in this problem too – A lot of guys want to see results (on the scales fast) and the best way for them to do that (in their heads) is to eat a tonne.
