I have my to do list, it has to be done. It requires a lot of work to do it everyday.

Workouts are physical hardship.

Little things, like taking a longer route on your run, walking stairs instead of using the elevator.

The big things are aiming higher with your goals, this will require more work, allow you less ease.

Have fish oils upon rising – no need for breakfast – then fats for your first meal (and second). Basically use an 8 hour eating window instead of a 12 or 15 hour window.
