I feel the same way about jiu jitsu. It’s the most intense training I’ve ever done, but it’s oddly addictive. Way better than sitting on some machine in the gym. Plus you feel beaten, bruised and very tough after each session (and in the morning…).

I feel proud when I’m brushing my teeth and notice a giant purple bruise under my arm. As Ryan Holiday would say, it’s savage!

i got it… i would say its really different.. i am just going throught it before starting out… good thing i can do it in my house with little equipment..

i have not worked out for like 3 months and i hope it works to get me mobile and get my metabolism going , shed my fat ….

We fighters know what the other guy went through and we respect that. I feel anyone who steps in the ring, win or lose they are legends.
