This type of training is focused completely on the aesthetic, and actually, on YOUR aesthetics. So depending on what you need to work on and develop more, that’s how you’ll train. It’s a cool program.

I still love to lift heavy. I’ve developed my ideal and like trying new things with my training, getting stronger, getting in better shape.

Do John’s program, get that ratio down, then you can branch out again with your training, lifting heavy etc… But this program will help you transform – literally – your body and the shape of your physique. It’s pretty unique stuff.
