I’ve made my list with goals for 2013 and I can’t wait to make them reality.

Have a great, succesful and a prosperous 2013 Chad and the readers here. May all of you have an (even) better year than the one before.

PS. Chad, I’ve made a post on the PHC forum at the Whats first topic. Maybe it is an interesting subject for a blogpost.

Thanks man, glad you liked it!
We CAN, so we DO. That is, we have the ability to think about different ideas/angles/worries, so we do. But we don’t have to. Getting rid of the noise is such an effective tool in any aspect of our lives.

First, happy birthday bro!
And great point. Glad you liked the article. I’m really trying to simplify and focus on the big things, let the little things take care of themselves these days.

Cheers to a massive 2013 indeed, and a great Christmas!

It really is about living in the moment — in a very real sense, it’s the only time we can live. The past is gone and the future will never arrive.
Cheers!

I particularly like the the ‘think only what we need to think about’ Too many people worry about the uncontrollable and let these things distract them from their goals.

I arrived back home to Australia from a 2 week holiday in the states, and after enjoying a few days with friends and family, found myself at the gym at 9:30pm on the 26th, which also happens to be my birthday, putting in the work early looking towards next year.

Hope you enjoyed spending some quality time with friends and family over the holidays, and here’s to a massive 2013. All the best to achieving all your goals and more
