Thanks man, appreciate it.

1) If you already have a good base, add the squeeze press.

2) Neither are on my must-have’s list. Check out the ‘products page’ for those on the site.

Studies are coming out saying that glutamine may not be all the effective. Choose BCAAs instead. Never had any personal experience with ALA – yourself?

Ya it’s a great workout. I’ll throw that in there for a one week change-up every now and then.

It meets all of your criteria and has been used by some of the most respected names in athletics and fitness.

Using the ocassion id like to ask you a couple of questions:

1) Regarding the workout part I’m trying to add some more exercises for my chest. Since im the follower of a short trainings with only “failure sets” (as described in 4hour body) I currently do decline dumbell bench press and was thinking about adding one extra exercise (decline flyes or incline dumbell). Which one would you recommend?

2) What do you think about supplements such as: L-glutamine and Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)?

All best in the new year!

Man the fuck up. Put down the tiny pink dumbells you’ve been using for kickbacks and curls. Now pick up those big old rusty dumbells at the end of the rack. You know, the ones covered in dust because no one’s man enough to even look at ’em. Are they too heavy? Can’t do anything with them other than hold them at your side? Perfect. Now go for a walk. As far as you can. Until you either collapse or drop the weights. Take a breather. Cry a little if you must. Now get up off your ass, grab the weights again, and take them back to their place at the end of the rack. Welcome to manhood.
Cheers!
