If the E is in range, but on the high end, look into taking aromatase inhibitors (Arimidex, etc).

Avoid 3 or more cups, it raises cortisol. That being said. I drink way more than 3 cups a day. I love coffee.

Also in the morning and night i pour cold water on my balls (a jug) wil that do the trick..ill bathe in lukewarm(its winters 22 degree)
