But, as mentioned in this piece, I’ve also noticed that isolating muscle groups has proven to be the most effective during bulking or mass-building phases of training. Also, I totally agree with shocking the system…even if it’s just a subtle tweek to a standard exercise, or changing the way way we lift ordinary equipment. Looking forward to applying the new tips!
