]]>Hey man, don’t focus on those areas alone. All of the workouts I give on here would be ideal. You need to find a complete system, a good meal guide/plan, and follow it religiously for a month. The shape of your body will change, and with increased muscle mass, your metabolism will be heightened and the little spare tire will start to go away. Isolation on those problem areas isn’t necessary.
