Making your own protein (adding stuff to your WPI) is the best way to ensure you know exactly what’s in your shake, as well as being most cost effective. Also, no need for pre-workouts. Coffee, you may take but don’t waste your time on pre-workouts. Other than that, solid advice.

Well said man. That's a great way to look at the crappy foods we sometimes have to eat to get where we want to go.

I find myself having to force down chia seeds(mixed with something) and dates. I think they're yuck! But, I see it as a Challenge. Who will win, them or me…? Those suckers are going into my belly; I will win! Now it's time to workout.

Whey's a great and necessary supplement. Which is why it's already on the list. The positives of both are very different. Q10 fills gaps that whey simply doesn't (energy increases, fighting cancer, parkinson's etc…).

Both are great supplements.

How does coenzyme q compare to other antioxidant rich supplements, even say whey protein? Whey is exceptionally high in BCAA and antioxidants, and seems like it might be a better fit than something like coenzyme q-10.
