Hey Frank. I agree with you about lactose. Raw eggs, however, are another story. Yes, there’s a risk in getting salmonella, but it’s low. The more raw foods we can eat the better. When we over-cook our food we kill nutrients. And eggs are one of the best sources of good fats, nutrients, and protein we can find. You’ve had some great comments here man, thanks.
