No. Only take the cocktail 3 times a week, and keep it to days when you’re eating regularly, sort of like an addition.

I have been doing this and it’s really hard on the old gut.

Uncooked eggs contain avidin. Avidin blocks biotin and biotin is needed to more easily absorb the
protein from eggs. Cooked eggs
denature avidin so that biotin can work.

Hey Frank. I agree with you about lactose. Raw eggs, however, are another story. Yes, there’s a risk in getting salmonella, but it’s low. The more raw foods we can eat the better. When we over-cook our food we kill nutrients. And eggs are one of the best sources of good fats, nutrients, and protein we can find. You’ve had some great comments here man, thanks. Glad to see you on the site.

You do not want this close to bed…give it a decent amount of time. Also, you dont want to eat raw eggs at all…all those Rocky movies have it backwards. I would also avoid diary at all costs. Lactose is not your friend. Other than that, seems like some good ideas.
