Big tip: when you're goal is to lose some fat, lift like you're building muscle – the difference will be in your nutrition. You'll get a lot more ripped if you're focusing on muscle.
You don't have to lift like this article, you can vary the reps a bit more, add some different tempo's, but I'd really focus on muscle when you're in the gym, and the fat will burn off.
