]]>haha the 9pm cookie urge is the worst! Mine's an ice cream urge… chocolate chip mint lately.
I've found Brazil nuts at two of my local grocery stores. Guess I lucked out with that one.
]]>Great article. It's always interesting to hear what others eat. I always laugh to myself when I see and hear what people are eating & then complaining about how they look and feel.
1. I mix my breakfast depending on what I am in the mood for. Most mornings I have eggs, turkey or chicken, cheese, avocado on some type of English muffin or whole grain bread. When I am in a rush, I have a protein shake with raw milk, fresh or frozen fruit, and mixed EFA's. On the weekends, I have homemade waffles with real maple syrup, turkey sausage, and eggs. Of course, I drink 16 – 24 oz. of water within the first 10 minutes if rising.
2. I am going to try to fight the 9pm cookie urge!! Something about 9pm and a huge glass of milk & 4 oreos!!
Do you purchase your Brazil nuts as bulk or online? I can't find them anywhere!
Thanks.
Scott
