1. What's your big goal for 2012?
To save as many lives as I can using my Emergency Medical Training. Then to finish the last part of my education enabling me to become a expeditionary/wilderness medic and find my spot in the field that will allow me to live my dream.
Training wise, i want to get my overtraining syndrome under control, finanly gain the 15-30 lbs of muscle my doc says i need and keep my BF low and my fitness and conditioning high. Specific= do 10 pull ups, 10 pistols, 5 hand stand pushups.

What are 5 things that are on your Bucket List?

– Save those lives to payback my life being saved 5 times so far

– Live sustainably in equatorial environment and stay in utmost fitness

– Teach my skills to my nephews/nieces and those who wish to learn

– Dive the great barrier reef

– Bike/hike across three continents (N.America,S America,Asia,Africa)

Great goals and I like the bucket list too. Never been to Arizona, I'll have to check it out sometime!

1. What's your big goal for 2012?

Create sustainable income from my website and training. I am partnering with an old friend who has a gym to offer mobile coaching to his clients. I'll also create a downloadable workout program to sell on my site, with the intention of creating a monthly subscription service that will help clients torch fat, build muscle, and kick ass. The more people I can help, the better.

2. What are 5 things that are on your Bucket List?
Be a published author; live in Sedona, Arizona; act on television or film; learn to speak German and Spanish fluently; learn to play drums.
