No problem at all Raj, glad you benefitted from this. It took me learning these lessons to get my mornings started right. Good luck!

This definitely helped, makes you realise that time is the most precious commodity. I preferred getting up late and working out late in the evenings. And train for boxing late as well. Because even when I got up at 5 A.M, I did nothing except waste time. But your article addressed some of the mistakes I'm making in my life.

I started getting up a half hour prior to my wife and son to read and gather my thoughts. Now I want to build on it. Thanks Chad!

No problem Daniel.

Writing my main focuses down the night before was huge. It makes me excited to get up the next day so I can get started on what I have already set out for more.

Good luck bro!

This was a good refresher for me.

I'm great on workout days–I'm motivated, ready to go, and have no issue getting up. The problem is *non* workout days. I hit the snooze button with alarming frequency. I think I'm going to follow your suggestion of prepearing for the next day the night before, and write some action steps on my whiteboard to see immediately. Maybe it'll motivate my ass to get up. Thanks, man.
