A great joint supplement is Ligaplex II. I take it daily and it's really helped relive tennis elbow and tendinitis pain in my wrists after spraining them in the past.

Definitly agree healthy prevention is key, but as i am sure you are aware since you know my back story of being injured in the service, sometimes we mere mortals suffer severe damage. I have found flaxseed works as well w/ the fish oil and glucosamine (but don't bother with the money on expensive supps as you said). I feel swimming to be very important to long term joint mobility and health, during the summer especially it can be a great way to train explosively with pylos and sprints without excessive wear on joints and ligaments. Thanks look forward to training article. Sent you an e-mail (from brandon) . Oh and quick idea- melatonin, valerian, magnesium, and zinc for great recovery sleep._

Great tip, I'll do that – thanks!

I like liquid glucosamine, but I always take fish oils which have a positive effect on joints as well. Other than that, I train my joints to be healthy instead of spending a lot of $ on supplements for them. What are your thoughts?
