I have found flaxseed works as well w/ the fish oil and glucosamine (but don't bother with the money on expensive supps as you said). I feel swimming to be very important to long term joint mobility and health, during the summer especially it can be a great way to train explosively with pylos and sprints without excessive wear on joints and ligaments. I like liquid glucosamine, but I always take fish oils which have a positive effect on joints as well. Other than that, I train my joints to be healthy instead of spending a lot of $ on supplements for them. What are your thoughts?
