Learned for me – being in and out of hospitals over the past several years leads me to this:

Life is a personal thing that is fleeting, one must analyze who they are and what will really make them happy,
Do not TRAIN,DIET,or Exercise for the sake of keeping up with modern society's expectations of you, do it because it is part of what we as humans were meant to do, it is a lifestyle to be healthy and the best we can, so that this singular trip of existance can be exploited for real happiness.
