I keep my hips low on the deadlift, some don't. I also like to do sumo deadliest as I feel it places more force on the hips and less on the quads.

Hey, for simply working one body part, I'd usually attach it to another body part day as well.

Like do 2 upper days, and 2 lower days. But I'd do that workout once a week. If you're REALLY pushing to get bigger shoulders you can do it twice.
