Yo Chad good looks on the %50 off the PowerHowse Challenge. I purchased it about 3 days ago and the program looks great. When it comes to working out I would say I'm at an elite fitness level. I was wondering if I can get your feedback on a workout I did today which focus on Chest & back an was wondering if you would give it a shot and see how you like it. *Incline Bench 3×3 *Deadlift 4×5. 40 sec rest between sets. Circuit 1 perform 3 rounds with minimal rest periods between rounds… *db snatch 8 reps, *plyo push ups 15 reps last set to failure, *kettlebell swings 12 reps, *12 burpee pull ups last set go to failure. Circuit 2.. 3 rounds reps are 21-15-9.. *TRX inverted row last set use a weight vest and if u get 9 reps go to failure.. *DB floor press.. *Burpee pull up.. *cable crossover..end the workout with either push ups to failure or weighted pull ups 5×5.

Hey Aniruddha,

Yes it's ideal for what you're looking for. There are 3 phases that will help you progress at your own pace. You lift the weight that you can lift, and you progress to heavier weights, and gaining more muscle. It's awesome to go along with Martial arts as well – I did it when I was boxing and had AMAZING results!

Pick it up fast though, the sale ends in less than 24 hours!
