Gaining power and lean muscle isn't the latest and greatest "secret" out there and does not require drugs. People simply refuse to believe that these basic, time-tested principles are still what is required.

Even before I started following your plan, I never saw any significant results until I started pushing myself in the gym. Now that I am following your advice and help, I am seeing significant fat loss, significant muscle gain and significant gain in athleticism. My overall performance in the gym has increased tremendously. I went from barely pushing out a set of 15 of 135lbs on the bench to now… I just benched 205 25 times before I put more weight on and pushed out another set of 10.
IF ANYONE ELSE READS THIS COMMENT BESIDES CHAD, LISTEN TO THE MAN. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT AND IF YOU FOLLOW HIS ADVICE YOU WILL SEE THE RESULTS YOU NEVER THOUGHT YOU WOULD SEE.
