Who is going to do 50 deadlifts with 100% bodyweight in 60 sec., much less 50 reps with bodyweight in the bench press in 60 seconds, and 50 chin-ups in 60 sec.. This challenge is extremely unrealistic. Bo Jackson couldn’t have gotten a score of 250 when he was in his prime.

The most important? thing is if you normally have 3 meals a day to split it into 5 or 7 instead. When and how you eat is even more important than what you eat.
