Thank you sir for the explanation on eccentric phase. I am always telling my buddy that I lift with "control the weight", "even the bar out", "focus on the rep". He thinks I am being a dick but I knew that exercises are a 2 way street. What the hell is the point in letting a bench press bar fall down and bounce off your chest? That's cheating in my book haha. I like that you dabbled on the intramuscular subject. I think building those inner fibers and twitch muscles is very important. Probably helps prevent injury! Good job Mr. Howse.
