]]>Andrew, we're in the same boat. I have insomnia, I've been to a few doctor's and to be honest, their ideas are pretty useless.
I've figure out some things that seem to have helped. Scotch before bed helps calm my mind. High protein/fats seems to help as well. A routine is a big one. But if you just can't sleep – it's going to be tough – but not impossible.
If you can find 20-30 minute nap times during the day, they'll give you a high quality boost in HGH.
