a. For sure, get your breath just to ensure you’re able to complete the next set.
b. 30 sec on a superset would be too much.
c. 30-40 minutes should be more than enough to complete the whole thing.

Question: while trying to complete the reps for each exercise is it acceptable to take 10-15 second breaks? One to two? Would you consider two to be too many? Also, what do you consider a reasonable time target to complete the whole circuit? I don’t have a lot of experience with these challenge style workouts. Thanks in advance for answering my questions.
