oh, you mean supinated. gotcha. personally, i prefer pronated grip to minimise biceps recruitment and maximise brachialis development, which is a much more functional muscle to develop (when talking about arm muscles).

Try and fail 3 times within those 50 reps. So choose a light weigh that’ll get you to fail at around 15-20 (take a minimal rest, then go at it again).
