No, I do the workout in the morning. then I eat pasta for lunch and the bread and in the evening I eat a sandwich.
I am following the “The Legendary Bodyweight Program”, my goal is to burn fat and gain muscle.

Is it after your workout? If it is it’s fine. Depends on your scheduling and how much carbs you’ve eaten during the day as well as what your goals are.

Bonus for having carbs late is they will help you sleep.

Thanks man – I'll have a look at his stuff…
Keep them whole – they're pretty small as is so no need to grind them up. Some of them will probably get lost in the grinder…

This is right in line with the John Meadows Mountain Dog diet. I've been reading a lot of the guy lately, and implementing his principles. Def knows what kind of diet grows big muscles. I bought some chia and have been using it in my protein shakes. Question though. Should I put them in a coffee grinder like I do my flaxseeds? Or, is this unnecessary? I've been putting them in my coffee grinder, just to play it safe.

Good question.

Chia seeds just have more of everything. They have more calories, more protein, more EFAs (omega 3's), more fiber and are higher in antioxidants.

Both are great, but chia seeds give us just a bit more.

Thanks for the question.
