I'd try shortening your rest time down to 30 seconds for sure. It'll be tough at first but your body will adapt to it.

I've actually set out to do a similar thing. I'm taking a new person to lunch every month just to pick their brain and see what has made them into the successful people they are. A lot of it is work ethic and how they treat people.
]]>The all purpose heavy bag workout is the same for me. It's the most effective, efficient workout around. Why screw around with anything else when you can do this? High impact, without a doubt. Actually thinking of shortening my rest time from 60 to 30 seconds. At high intensity, this would probably be 15-25 minutes max.
